Bread Pay™ Installments
Unfortunately, no. The dates your payments are due are predetermined, for SplitPay from the date that you check out, and for installment loans from the date that your order is settled with the retailer.
You can make payments on SplitPay via a personal debit card or credit card. You cannot make SplitPay payments with a business debit card, ACH, or by check.
Additionally, Bread Financial™ does not accept Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) payment cards because we are not designated as a health services retailer.
Any payments made on your loan will be returned to you less any accrued interest, return shipping fees, or restocking fees.
Any cancellations or refunds issued in excess of your current account balance will result in a customer refund less any applicable accrued interest, restocking fees, or return shipping fees.
This credit will be returned to the account used to make payments on your loan.
We are unable to change or add to an order that has already been placed. To place a second order, please contact the retailer directly and request an order cancellation or an order return.
Once the retailer receives and processes your order cancellation or order return, a partial or full order refund will be automatically applied to your Bread Pay™ account. Your Bread Pay™ account status and balance will be adjusted accordingly.
You may still have an outstanding balance after an order cancellation has been processed. This balance could consist of restocking fees, return shipping fees, accrued interest, or some combination of these. Please check the retailer’s refund and returns policy to determine if these fees apply to your purchase and return.
If a partial order cancellation or order return is issued, your Bread Pay™ account balance will be adjusted to reflect your new remaining balance. If an order cancellation or an order refund is issued in full, any payments made on your Bread Pay™ account will be returned to you less any applicable accrued interest, restocking fees, or return shipping fees.
Any order cancellations or order refunds issued in excess of your current account balance will result in an outbound customer credit. This credit will be returned to the account used to make payments on your Bread Pay™ account in 7-10 business days from the date the order cancellation or order refund is processed.
Unfortunately, not all who apply for financing may receive credit terms. If you are declined, you will receive a notice within 30 days at the email address on file with your financing application that outlines the reason(s) for your denial. Additionally, you won’t be eligible to apply for financing with Bread Pay™ for the next 90 days.
To check on the status of your order, please reach out to the retailer directly.
The Annual Percentage Rate or APR is the cost of credit as a yearly rate. You may have been offered an APR that ranges from 0% to 29.99%, depending on your individual creditworthiness. Your APR was given to you in the Truth In Lending Disclosure when you checked out or you can view your loan’s APR on the Bread Financial Member Portal Home Page here in the “Payment Plan” area.
Our bank affiliate, Comenity Capital Bank, determines the APR based on a variety of factors. Among others, these factors typically include your credit history and credit score, amount financed, and length of the term.
You can make payments in the Bread Financial Member Portal on the Home Page by selecting “Make a Payment”.
To make a payment via phone, please call our Member Support team here.
