All order cancellations are subject to the retailer’s return and cancellation policies. If the retailer issues an order cancellation, your Bread Pay™ account status and balance will be adjusted accordingly.
You may still have an outstanding balance with Bread Financial™ after an order cancellation has been processed. This balance could consist of accrued interest, restocking fees, return shipping fees, or a combination of these. Please check the retailer’s order refund and order returns policy to determine if these fees apply to your order’s purchase and order return.
Any order cancellations issued in excess of your current Bread Pay account balance will result in an outbound customer credit being issued to the original payment method used. The credit may take 7-10 business days from the date the order cancellation is processed to appear on your account.
Please contact the retailer directly regarding the products ordered, the delivery of your items, a requested cancellation or return, or any other questions about the status of your order items. If the retailer is unresponsive to your query, or acts outside of their listed return or cancellation policy, please visit your Sezzle Dashboard to request help
1. Log into your Sezzle dashboard via a web browser
2. Go to your “Orders” tab and click “View Order” next to the order in question
3. Select “Get Help with this Order” in the lower left-hand corner
4. Follow the prompts in the form that appears and click “Open”
Once the Sezzle team receives this form, they will evaluate your situation over the next 2-3 business days and update you with next steps as soon as they can.
You are required to make payments on your Bread Pay™ account until the retailer resolves your query or Sezzle resolves an order dispute in your favor. Please note, payments must be received by 5:00 pm Eastern Time (ET) on your due date.

To request an order return or an order cancellation, please contact the retailer where you made your purchase.
All order returns are subject to the retailer’s order policies. Once the retailer issues your order return, a partial or full order refund is automatically applied to your Bread Pay™ account. Your Bread Pay™ Installment Loan status and balance are adjusted accordingly.

If a partial order refund is issued, your loan balance will be adjusted to reflect your new remaining balance. If an order refund is issued in full, any payments made on your Bread Pay Installment Loan will be returned to you less any applicable accrued interest, restocking fees, or return shipping fees.

Any cancellations or refunds issued in excess of your current loan balance will result in a customer credit. This credit will be returned to the account used to make payments on your Bread Pay Installment Loan.
Please contact the retailer about your damaged merchandise. You are required to make payments on your Bread Pay™ Installment Loan until the balance is paid or credited in full. Any refunds from the retailer will be credited to your Bread Pay loan, which will reduce the amount you owe. Please note, payments must be received by 5:00 pm Eastern Time (ET) on your due date.

Checking your eligibility does not affect your credit score as only a soft inquiry is completed. If you choose to accept the Bread Pay™ loan terms after your pre-qualification, we will not perform a hard inquiry with any of the credit reporting agencies.
Once you have taken out a loan, Bread Financial™ may report repayment information about your loan to the consumer reporting agencies, which may impact your credit score.
If the size of your cart exceeds your loan limit, you will not be able to complete your purchase using Bread Pay™ Installments. To continue, you will either have to lower the total cost of your cart, or checkout using a different payment method.
You cannot make payments on your Bread Pay™ Installment Loan with a credit card or business debit card.
Credit cards may only be used for payments on your Bread Pay™ SplitPay payment plan.
Additionally, Bread Financial™ does not accept Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) payment cards because we are not designated as a health services retailer.

Yes! You can prepay anytime for all or part of your loan. There is never a penalty for paying early. Please note, payments must be received by 5:00 pm Eastern Time (ET) on your due date.
Each payment plan is a separate loan and cannot be consolidated
You will not be able to adjust your loan terms after you have accepted them.
If you don’t submit your payments by your due date, your account will be past due. Please note, payments must be received by 5:00 pm Eastern Time (ET) on your due date. Paying late may impact your eligibility for Bread Pay™ Installment Loans in the future.

Bread Financial™ works with our bank affiliate, Comenity Capital Bank. A variety of factors may be taken into account, such as credit score and repayment history.
You can apply for monthly financing powered by Bread Pay™ via the website of select Sezzle retail partners.When you’re ready to purchase, select “Sezzle” at checkout, enter your information, and choose “Monthly Payments” as your payment schedule.
If you are eligible, you will be presented with sample payment plan options available to you. Simply select a payment plan you would like and once you are done shopping, proceed to the register to complete your purchase and check out with Bread Pay.
Sezzle is a payment solution that gives you the freedom to buy now and pay later online. Bread Loan cancellations can only be completed before 11:59pm EST on the day that your Bread loan was initiated. You will not be eligible to cancel your Bread loan after that time, because Bread Financial immediately disburses funds to pay off your credit accounts, making a cancellation no longer possible.
If your Bread loan is eligible for cancellation, you can cancel it via our online Member Portal using the following steps:
– Visit member-portal.breadpayments.com/login
– Enter the email address and mobile phone number associated with your account. We will then text you a 4-digit verification code to complete the login process.
– Enter the verification code in the field provided to log into the Bread Financial Member Portal.
-Scroll to the bottom of your Bread loan details, and locate the grey text that reads, “Need to cancel your loan? Click here to cancel.”
-Click on the link, and follow the cancellation prompts
